It is more important than ever to create space for young people to come together to build community, share perspectives, and gain the skills to make change. Participants in the South
Asia Camp journey alongside a group of young people from around the region representing different backgrounds, identity groups, and lived experiences. Youth come away prepared to
engage in increasingly rigorous and immersive Seeds of Peace programs that challenge and support them to deepen their engagement in their community and mobilize to create more just and inclusive societies.
Candidates are typically enrolled in 9th and 10th grade. We are looking for young people who are passionate about their communities, are curious, can think critically, have an open mind, are willing to be challenged, show leadership potential, and are able to communicate well in English.
The Future Leaders Fellowship Program supported driven, high-potential students with a passion for creating positive social impact. Through leadership coaching, mentoring, and self-reflection, participants identified meaningful challenges and developed community-focused social action projects. Grounded in the Adaptive Leadership framework from Harvard, the program guided young leaders to clarify their values, connect with field experts, and take early steps toward shaping the change they wanted to see in their lives, teams, and communities.
